Clutch, a customer marketing technology provider, announced that its Clutch Gift, Loyalty & Automated Marketing SuiteApp has achieved Built for NetSuite status.

The SuiteApp, built using NetSuite's SuiteCloud Platform, enables users to identify, understand, and motivate their customers with personalized engagements and experiences across online, in-store, mobile, social, email, SMS and direct mail channels.

Built for NetSuite is a program for NetSuite SuiteCloud Developer Network (SDN) partners that provides them with information, resources, and a way to verify that their applications meet NetSuite’s standards.

Using Clutch’s platform, NetSuite customers gain access to comprehensive analytics and reporting on cross channel views, customer spend, frequency, score, SKU, and loyalty member activity.

"Together, the Built for NetSuite SuiteApp puts all of a retailer's customer data in one place, combining the power of multiple sales platforms in a comprehensive system that spans vendors and channels."
