Clutch, a customer marketing technology provider, announced that its Clutch Gift, Loyalty & Automated Marketing SuiteApp has achieved Built for NetSuite status.

The SuiteApp, built using NetSuite's SuiteCloud Platform, enables users to identify, understand, and motivate their customers with personalized engagements and experiences across online, in-store, mobile, social, email, SMS and direct mail channels.

Built for NetSuite is a program for NetSuite SuiteCloud Developer Network (SDN) partners that provides them with information, resources, and a way to verify that their applications meet NetSuite’s standards.

Using Clutch’s platform, NetSuite customers gain access to comprehensive analytics and reporting on cross channel views, customer spend, frequency, score, SKU, and loyalty member activity.

"Clutch's gift and loyalty platform gives retailers a detailed view of consumers that can be brought down to a near individual level," said Guido Haarmans, senior vice president for business development for technology partners at NetSuite, in a statement. "Together, the Built for NetSuite SuiteApp puts all of a retailer's customer data in one place, combining the power of multiple sales platforms in a comprehensive system that spans vendors and channels."

"The Clutch platform provides brands with a 360-degree view of their customers, while delivering actionable insights that drive the bottom line and foster data-driven personalized engagement," said Jenna Flateman Posner, vice president of partnerships at Clutch, in a statement. "Our new Built for NetSuite SuiteApp can help our joint customers solve their biggest challenges: identifying, understanding, and motivating their most valuable asset, their customers."
