Cloudwords Enhances OneReview Marketing Content Translation Tool

Cloudwords has added capabilities to its OneReview collaborative translation review and editing tool for creating multilingual marketing assets.

"Cloudwords continues to innovate to meet the needs of global organizations who value the use of technology to accelerate content localization to reach global revenue and growth objectives," said Scott Yancey, CEO of Cloudwords, in a statement. "Cloudwords' platform bridges the needs of marketers tasked with delivering increasing amounts of localized content under tight timelines to meet product and campaign launch deadlines worldwide, with the needs of translators and reviewers who are responsible for ensuring high quality, professionally translated content. By delivering advanced features like OneReview, we're further modernizing a process that has for too long been time-consuming and tedious."

OneReview's newest features include enhanced Side-by-Side Review capabilities, Quality Metrics, and an updated UX, among other features.

The enhanced Side-by-Side Review feature now enables all reviewers to view campaign asset source text and its translation in its final layout, such as emails, web and land pages, social media, and advertising content, side by side so they can be reviewed simultaneously and see how translation copy changes impact the layout. Reviewers are able to approve text or enter suggested edits, and make copy changes from within the shared interface. With Side-by-Side review, marketing managers can quickly assess whether corporate branding and messaging are correct and ensure the quality of the overall layout post translation.

Reviewers can now tag edits by severity and error type for translation quality measurement and benchmarking.

For Cloudwords' enterprise customers, Cloudwords introduced OneReview Dashboard, a platform feature ofrfering a real-time, high-level view of the translation review process and metrics for all projects across all markets and languages. Project managers can track the progress of all projects and the quality of content.

Cloudwords launched OneReview in October 2014.
