Campaign Monitor Launches Transactional Email Service for Marketers
New transactional email marketing service gives marketers control over more than 60 billion customer-facing emails sent by Web sites and apps.

Campaign Monitor, a provider of email marketing software, has launched a transactional email service designed and built for marketers. The new transactional email service is built directly into Campaign Monitor’s existing platform.

"Until now, marketers haven't had the self-service email marketing technology to design and personalize every customer-facing email," said Kraig Swensrud, chief marketing officer at Campaign Monitor, in a statement. "With Campaign Monitor's new transactional email service, millions of marketers globally are now empowered to turn every customer email into a personalized, branded conversation."

Campaign Monitor's new transactional email service features a drag-and-drop email builder, out of the box mobile readiness, optimization and testing tools, advanced personalization and segmentation, and rich reporting.

Thousands of companies around the world, including BuzzFeed, SXSW, De Beers, and Birchbox, are already using Campaign Monitor's transactional email for marketers.

"Email marketing is core to our customer communications strategy," said Patxi Barrios, CRM analyst and acquisitions manager at Birchbox, in a statement. "With Campaign Monitor's new transactional email service for marketers, we can now provide a consistent brand experience across all of our customer communications with one easy-to-use system."

Campaign Monitor's transactional email service is available on monthly subscription plans.
