Bpm'online Introduces bpm'online Sales 7.4

BPM'online, a vendor of process-based cloud software for sales, marketing, and service automation, has introduced bpm'online sales 7.4, the new version of its cloud salesforce automation product designed for managing the entire sales cycle.

The system brings referenced processes that serve as best practices for managing leads, opportunities, quotes, orders, and invoices. The product guides users through the entire sales process, from the initial communication with a customer to the closed deal.

Bpm'online sales is delivered in four editions: Team edition for small and midsized business with direct sales teams provides out-of-the-box process for opportunity management from lead to contract; Commerce edition for e-commerce businesses includes a complete set of tools for short sales cycle and e-commerce; Enterprise edition is designed for midsized and large enterprises to automate a complete direct and channel sales cycle., and Omnichannel editionis for midsized and large enterprises that need to manage multiple sales channels, including direct and channel sales, e-commerce, field sales, and POS.

Bpm'online sales also offers extended analytics capabilities. Sales pulse, Sales leaders, and Sales rep efficiency dashboards include metrics for quick sales analysis and data-driven decision making. With a click of a mouse, users can add custom charts and indicators to the dashboards.

New features for order management provide full control over orders, invoices, payments, and delivery, and enable users to select products from an extensive catalog using faceted search and navigation.

Users can leverage the opportunity management capabilities of bpm'online sales to define sales tactics for each deal, track competitors, analyze their strengths and weaknesses, and identify key decision makers. In addition, a set of emoticons can be used to gamify the daily work of sales reps.

Bpm'online sales encompasses all the innovations of the bpm'online 7.4 platform: user wizard for quick process modeling, user customization tools for charts and dashboards, communication panel, and many other features. Bpm'online also added new productivity tools to bpm'online 7.4, including a simplified calendar, communication panel, and process library.

The range of products to be updated to version 7.4 includes bpm'online sales salesforce automation software; bpm'online marketing, a system for multichannel marketing campaign management; and bpm'online customer service, a system for customer service processes automation.

Bpm'online just released version 7.3 of its solutions in June. Prior to that, version 7.2 was released in March.
