Bluenose, a customer success platform that helps businesses reduce customer churn and identify opportunities for growth, today announced a partnership with Marketo, a provider of marketing software.
Launched on Marketo LaunchPoint, an ecosystem of marketing solutions, the Bluenose partnership extends Marketo's capabilities to help marketers segment, target, and tailor marketing campaigns that reflect product usage, and to provide a deeper look into the customer lifecycle.
Using big data algorithms and predictive analytics, Bluenose provides a 360-degree view of each customer. Along with a proprietary health scoring that acts as an early warning sign of at-risk customers, Bluenose empowers companies to put resources toward the right clients at the right time.
"The Marketo LaunchPoint ecosystem combines the best of the best in big data, analytics, and marketing to help move the needle for companies today, and we are thrilled to be a part of it," said Catherine Blackmore, chief customer officer at Bluenose, in a statement. "With the addition of Bluenose's actionable insights, businesses will be able to create dynamic marketing campaigns that can be easily personalized based on the needs of their customers."
LaunchPoint spans across all areas of marketing, including content marketing, customer data, analytics, social media, mobile marketing, top of the funnel, CRM services, and agency managed services, among others.
"Marketo is committed to an open platform so that our customers have the ability to choose the best marketing technology solutions for their businesses," said Robin Bordoli, general manager of new markets and vice president of partner ecosystems at Marketo, in a statement. "We're excited to have Bluenose join LaunchPoint so our customers can choose this innovative solution to work alongside Marketo's customer engagement platform and help them build long term relationships with their customers."
This integration uses Marketo's SOAP API to deliver a seamless connection between Bluenose and Marketo.
Bluenose in May announced an integration with Salesforce.com with its release of Bluenose for Salesforce on the Salesforce AppExchange.
