2012 Customer Service Rising Stars
Nominations are now being accepted for CRM magazine's 2012 Customer Service Rising Star awards. These awards recognize up-and-coming or recently revitalized customer service vendors that are shaking up the contact center industry with an innovative product, a significant merger or acquisition, or a smart organizational restructuring effort. Candidates will be evaluated based on their efforts during the past 12 months. The deadline for entries is Monday, December 5, 2011. Results will be announced in the March 2012 issue of CRM magazine.
