Job Duties: Lead the Business Analysis and User Experience Design consulting practice. Understand business needs and user motivation to brainstorm and design innovative technology solutions for complex business problems for company’s clients. Understand the overall business dynamics, strategic objectives, IT landscape and organization culture of the client organization and identify the system's fit in the ecosystem. Gather user requirements through user research, user interviews, brainstorming sessions, contextual enquiries, ethnographic studies, design workshops and/or focus groups with client stakeholders and end-users. Identify, assess, and document business requirements, craft user experience design strategy, factor business priorities, and advise business on options, risks, and costs. Do a feasibility analysis of possible solutions in consultation with technical architects and perform impact analysis of the proposed solution. Lead cross-disciplinary and geographically distributed product teams comprising of technical architects, engineers, testers, usability analysts, and visual designers to orchestrate all aspects of software design and development for company's clients ranging from competitive analysis and market research, roadmap creation, release planning, requirement elicitation and analysis, use case/user story definition, wireframing, usability testing, quality assurance, product demos, rollout and training. Act as the user-advocate during the development process and communicate, specify and describe solution design and its rationale unambiguously to project stakeholders through theories and methods backed up by user research and best practices. Create and pursue opportunities to grow and strengthen existing client relationships and establishing new client accounts. Participate in presales activities involving stakeholder meetings, requirement discovery, effort estimation, engagement structuring, writing business proposals and making presentations and pitches which are vital for growing Nagarro’s business in the US. Mentor other business analysts and user experience designers and provide thought leadership to continuously improve the company's business analysis and user experience design consulting processes and service offerings.

Job Requirement: Required Bachelors or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, IT, Engineering (Any), Business Management, Business Administration, or any related field + 5 year of experience with the same or similar job duties but given another designation. Knowledge of usability, human factors, user experience design is required. Required travel to various client sites throughout the USA.
