Built off of Angel's CX Builder and tightly integrated with Angel's cloud-based CX Platform, Outbound Campaign Manager is a self-service tool that does not require any coding background and empowers business users to design outbound customer campaigns and manage customer communication flows across multiple channels. For example, Angel's Outbound Campaign Manager allows businesses to send appointment reminders, shipment notifications, and account changes to their customers via the channel of their choice. Additionally, with real-time customer data integrated with Outbound Campaign Manager, businesses can better anticipate customer needs, specifically tailor each customer interaction, and monitor and measure the value and impact of each proactive customer campaign.
