idomoo yesterday launched its idomoo VaaS (video-as-a-service) platform that combines video with personally relevant, individualized data to drive action throughout the customer lifecycle.
Each video can include multiple pieces of individualized content drawn from standard CRM systems and databases hosting customer account information. A telecommunications carrier can send a video that not only displays the bill details but also encourages the customer to switch to a better-suited plan based on personal usage.

In controlled tests, idomoo doubled the conversion rates versus traditional direct email. Large commercial customers in markets ranging from telecommunications, insurance, banking, health, entertainment, and loyalty clubs are already benefiting from idomoo's personalized video technology to communicate with millions of their customers. Companies with which idomoo is currently working include Generali, Porto Seguro, Harel Insurance, European triple-play provider UPC, and others.
