WhosOn Live Chat by Parker Software has released an add-on to its popular software to enable users to implement a live click-to-chat link within their company Facebook pages.

WhosOn now enables brand advocates to click-to-chat within a company Facebook page, using WhosOn, connecting them instantly to a live chat agent to handle their enquiries.
