Totango, a provider of customer engagement management platforms, has released its Customer Success Management dashboard for Salesforce.com.
The new CSM dashboard allows users to dso the following:
- Keep track of onboarding projects;
- Connect with accounts approaching renewal to ensure they are in good condition; and
- Manage accounts at risk and be proactive before it's too late.
