TelStar Hosted Services is offering Vocalcom's call center technology product in a hosted environment. TelStar Hosted powered by Vocalcom offers inbound, outbound, and blended calling with true predictive dialing, skills-based routing, real-time statistics on call center performance, and integrations with several customer relationship management systems.
In addition to call center services, the TelStar Hosted powered by Vocalcom platform offers full media integration. This is next-generation, cutting-edge technology, allowing the handling and queuing of email, fax, Web forms, Web chat, and even co-browsing, Web call through, video chat, and outbound SMS along with dialing features. This ability to handle different forms of customer communication without changing existing call center processes allows clients to greatly improve their service to customers and prospects.
