Soffront Releases Enterprise CRM 10.0

Soffront Software yesterday released its enterprise CRM version 10.0, a major upgrade to its enterprise CRM suite. The latest release includes a complete technology upgrade to the latest version of Microsoft .NET, improved user interface, and support for easier integration with third-party applications.

This latest version is browser-agnostic and supports all popular browsers, including Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, and Safari. Users can run Soffront enterprise CRM both in the cloud and on premises. The on-premises version includes support for both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Windows 2008 and Microsoft Office. A Microsoft Outlook integration add-on is also available.

Users will be automatically reconnected to CRM with their work preserved during temporary connection losses or session timeouts.

This release introduces a new customer portal built on the latest version of Microsoft .NET with robust customer-facing abilities, including an advanced ticket search engine, role-based delivery of content, and complete branding and personalization.

This release includes an expanded API with both SOAP and REST based Web services.

Completely redesigned with a brand new tabbed user interface, Soffront version 10 brings the familiarity of browser tabs to Soffront's user experience leading to better multi-tasking with fewer clicks. Users can drag and drop to completely personalize the home screen with widgets and shortcuts without sacrificing performance. Context-sensitive menus in lists and record details let users perform common operations without leaving their screens.

"We are pleased to announce the release of Soffront Enterprise CRM 10.0. We upgraded our entire suite of applications with the latest Microsoft .NET technology while retaining our unique ability to configure and extend all aspects of the software without limitations—one of the main reasons companies choose and stay with us for years," said Manu Das, founder and president of Soffront, in a statement.
