Surebridge, a provider of outsourced enterprise application solutions for mid-market companies, has announced a voice automation service for Microsoft Business Solutions CRM. Offered as a hosted service, Surebridge CRM Voice is available for CRM Online, Surebridge's hosted version of Microsoft CRM, and for on-premise customers using Microsoft CRM. With Surebridge CRM Voice, mobile sales users can get instant access to their CRM system by phone to check and instantly access their emails, appointments, contacts, leads, and quotes. The companies say the solution gives companies all the benefits of an integrated call center and CRM system, without the lengthy integration process usually involved. SPSS has released Clementine 8.0, the latest version of its data mining workbench. Expanding upon Clementine's visual process workflow, this latest release continues SPSS's commitment to an open standards--based approach. The new features of Clementine 8.0 are based on end-user feedback, introducing new capabilities for increasing productivity and deploying interactive models online. Today SAP AG announced the addition of channel management features to mySAP CRM, designed to give brand owners greater visibility into all sales channels and empower partners with better tools to market, sell to, and service end customers. SAP has also made strides towards solving data integration headaches with its new product, SAP Master Data Management (SAP MDM), aimed at enabling companies to harmonize data across disparate applications and systems. SAP MDM is the latest product of the SAP NetWeaver technology platform, the company's overall integration solution. IBM and Callidus Software, a provider of enterprise incentive-management solutions for enterprise customers, announced on Tuesday a global strategic alliance to deliver comprehensive incentive compensation management solutions for the insurance, banking, and telecommunications industries.
MicroStrategy has announced that its Business Intelligence Platform will be embedded into CRS Retail Systems' retail applications to provide users with powerful browser-based reporting and analytics. CRS's Focus Loss Prevention, CRM, and sales analysis applications are browser-based central systems that provide reporting and analytics and serve as a central data repository accessed from CRS's Encore Retail Suite of Point-of-Sale and in-store applications. The Allant Group, a marketing services company, announced this week the launch of their newest marketing solution, Prevalence. Prevalence is a data-empowered marketing solution designed specifically to help companies profitably grow revenues and market share by capturing, maintaining, analyzing and strategically employing key customer data. UniPress Software announced Tuesday that its flagship product, FootPrints, now features Spam Assassin technology designed to systematically reduce the influx of inbound Spam into the service and support center.
