LeadMaster APAC Launches Multi-Language Online CRM

LeadMaster, a CRM company in Asia-Pacific, upgraded its CRM suite to accept multi-byte and double byte characters, meaning it now supports Japanese, Chinese and Korean.

This new move further strengthens LeadMaster's position in Asia, where the company has extensively expanded. In the past year, LeadMaster has won many clients in Singapore, Hong-Kong, and China, and the company expects its latest product enhancement to support its current growth in a market that is expected to grow by 30 percent year-on-year, according to Gartner's IT Leads Report.

LeadMaster APAC CEO David Mackey comments: "Being one of the first Web-based CRMs to support multilanguage format is a very important milestone for LeadMaster. We are now able to off our world-class CRM and SFA tool in any language, which makes its market fit universal. Being able to communicate and work in your local language wherever you are in the world is an obvious requirement for business, and so we are proud to be able to offer this service."
