FieldConnect,  a provider of workforce mobility solutions, has released the latest version of FieldDirect, a secure, scalable, Web-based portal for management and customers who require real-time access to critical operational data. FieldDirect eliminates in-bound status calls, eases dispatcher duties, and strengthens customer loyalty.

FieldDirect helps service organizations impress customers by giving them the power to create and monitor their own service calls in real time, view work history documents and before-and-after repair pictures, and access service reports.

Enhanced features of the latest FieldDirect release include: 

  • New Subcontractor Role. This feature allows organizations to set up a subcontractor as an end user, which permits the subcontractor to receive work orders, mark them complete, and submit invoices.
  • Expanded use of configurable columns to allows customers to set up specific views for differing roles.
  • Enhanced pagination, sorting, and filtering speeds access to pertinent information.
  • Support for Crystal Reports. This feature enables management to create professional reports and make them available to end users through FieldDirect.
