The FICO Adeptra Mobile Services Platform enables app developers, business users, and FICO partners to take advantage of the explosion in social media and mobile communication to address a broad range of challenges.
Using services built on the FICO Adeptra Mobile Services Platform, businesses can communicate with customers in real time, using voice, SMS, mobile apps, email, and social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
