Glance Networks, a provider of instant screen-sharing tools for sales and support professionals, has partnered with LivePerson to provide integrated screen-sharing within LivePerson chat sessions. 

LivePerson's enterprise solution enables online businesses to assess thousands of visitors on their Web sites at any given time and provide personalized assistance to drive conversions, first contact resolution, and an optimal customer experience.  

Glance provides an instant screen-sharing technology that’s integrated with popular customer-facing applications to help companies measurably improve sales and service interactions. Glance for LivePerson was developed to improve chat closure rates, reduce escalations to voice, and, most importantly, improve the customer experience by allowing chat agents to instantly share their screens or view customers’ screens. 

Session participants are connected in seconds, with one click and no software to download, even from mobile devices such as an iPad, Android or BlackBerry.

Glance for LivePerson is compatible with LivePerson Premier and LivePerson Enterprise. LivePerson sells the Glance adaptor required to integrate the two solutions. The Glance for LivePerson app can be purchased at the LivePerson Apps Marketplace.
