Trumpia, a multichannel marketing and messaging solution provider, has released an interactive SMS marketing and messaging feature called Yes/No Response. This feature uses two-way SMS text messaging to allow users to receive prompt replies from subscribers with "yes" or "no" responses.
Users can also set up mobile keywords for their Yes/No Response campaigns to automatically collect mobile numbers, which are stored in secure databases for future marketing and messaging campaigns. Users can also customize auto-responses for each possible response.
Detailed reports for Yes/No Response campaigns show users exactly who has responded and who has not. This way, users can track replies and re-send questions as necessary.
