Sprout Social Introduces Google+ Pages API Integration

Sprout Social, a provider of social media management and engagement solutions for businesses, today announced its new Google+ Pages API integration. The new partnership enables Sprout's customers to manage their Google+ page social activity from Sprout's Web-based platform.

Sprout customers can manage their Google+ presence and also take advantage of unique Google+ product features like circles. When publishing content, Sprout users can target one or more circles within a user's Google+ Page. Widely used Sprout features like drafts, Queue, scheduling, and tasks are available for Google+ Pages. Users can also access and manage Google+ pages with Sprout's iPhone and iPad apps.

"Today's Google+ integration is a highly anticipated addition and further solidifies Sprout as a truly integrated social management platform," said Justyn Howard, founder and CEO of Sprout Social, in a statement. "Our customers can now seamlessly engage with the millions of people who rely on Google+ to connect with their favorite brands in meaningful ways."

Sprout now enables brands to manage activity from four leading social networks: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Google+.
