Sendible.com Now Offers Social Media Monitoring

Social media management platform provider Sendible.com has partnered with the review monitoring service ReviewPush. This partnership means that Sendible's customers can now monitor reviews of their local businesses across more than 15 review sites including Yelp, CitySearch, Google, and Yahoo.

Sendible.com alreaduy provided comprehensive features like sentiment analysis, wider brand and keyword monitoring, smart scheduling, in-depth reporting, and workflow and collaboration tools. Sendible's new review site monitoring features new tools to help businesses monitor the constant stream of user-generated reviews. With this release, businesses can now use Sendible to monitor what their customers are saying on the following sites:

  • Google Local;
  • DealerRater;
  • Yahoo! Local;
  • MerchantCircle;
  • Yelp;
  • ApartmentReviews;
  • TripAdvisor;
  • Yellow Pages;
  • UrbanSpoon;

Not only can Sendible's platform keep businesses informed whenever new reviews are posted, but its social publishing tools can be used to entice customers to post new reviews.
