NextPrinciples Partners with SugarCRM
The deal enables companies to manage interactions across social media and integrate those records into their CRM system.

NextPrinciples, a provider of social analytics and engagement solutions, expanded its partnership with SugarCRM to offer brands comprehensive CRM integration across multiple points for various use cases, including sales lead generation, customer care, and marketing campaigns. As part of the partnership, NextPrinciples and SugarCRM have created a complete joint go-to-market approach supported by more than 10 reseller partners.

NextPrinciples' recently launched Insight-To-Action platform enables medium-to-large companies to create, manage, and monitor lasting relationships with customers across social and traditional channels.

As a result of NextPrinciples' partnership with SugarCRM, companies can go beyond listening and engaging on the social Web. Insight-To-Action users get a true 360-degree view of their customers and interactions across multiple social media channels and can integrate those records into Sugar. The partnership offers joint engagement at the field level in engaging with current as well as prospective customers.

NextPrinciples' and SugarCRM's joint worldwide resellers include: BrainSell, Levementum, Chelsea Group, Profiling Solutions, TeamAutomation, PlusProjects, SocialVAR, MERX, iZeno and Cynergy Solutions. The partnership is also allowing NextPrinciples and SugarCRM to continually grow their joint customer base.
