"Customers are constantly talking about brands on the social Web, and it's challenging for large enterprises to keep track of it all. Customers not only expect brands to respond to their questions, they also want to engage in real conversations. Engagor's powerful tool helps social media teams manage these conversations, reply to customers' questions, and engage with their social audience."
Engagor monitors millions of sources across the social Web, in more than 180 languages, to track all relevant conversations about brands, products, competitors and industries.
