Cream Online Reputation Monitoring Service Now Available in English

Cribis, a provider of business and commercial information, today released its Cream online sentiment monitoring and analysis service in English. Cream provides real-time sentiment monitoring and analysis to improve product development, marketing strategies, market and competitive intelligence, and customer service.

The technology behind Cream is the Expert System semantic software, Cogito, which understands the meaning of words in context and can integrate structured and unstructured data. Through semantic analysis of opinions and sentiment expressed online, Cream measures and monitors trends and changes in sentiment relating to any topic, including specific keywords over time.

With the English version, three new features are being launched to provide customers with advanced tools for reporting and analyzing results:

  • Sentiment Trend: Evaluates sentiment trends over time for specific keywords or campaigns.
  • Source View: Identifies the sources of relevant sentiment information with an interactive display.
  • Customized alerts: Sets custom alerts for real-time notification of changes to monitored keywords or topics.

With Cream, users can monitor up to 40 keywords on thousands of We bsites, monitoring how a topic is being discussed, how a brand is positioned online, and the quality and level of sentiment expressed. Cream's reporting features display connections between two or more elements to better understand the context around the connections and their sources.

The Cream service is offered with monthly or yearly subscriptions, in three different versions: Light, for the monitoring of a few keywords and including access to the main reports; Regular, for in-depth analysis and access to every single document, the ability to export data and to get email alerts; Full, for in-depth analysis and searches of private Web sources as well as access to all the reports and monitoring of up to 40 keywords.
