KarmaCRM has launched Query Builder, allowing users to access specified data at any time with advanced filtering options, saved lists, OR and NOT filters, dynamic date ranges, and a secondary or temporary filter locking option.

The Query Builder allows users to tag industry and location specific contacts for targeted lists which can be locked future use. Business owners and managers can monitor the stage of an employee's sales funnel and performance by creating a filter assigned to a specific employee's list of prospects. Once the notes have been made and the monitoring is complete, the list can be cleared ensuring the unlocked filters are gone but the underlying filtered list is unaffected. This new filter can also be added to the main list at any time by locking it into place.

"A CRM is only as good as the data you get out of it," said John Paul Narowski, founder of karmaCRM, in a statement. "The Query Builder's ability to set advanced filters allows sales reps and marketers to focus on specific contacts to easily plan their communication efforts all from one tool. Another advantage with our system is that clearing a list is no longer a destructive action as our online CRM also differentiates between clearing unlocked and locked filters."
