InvisibleCRM Partners with SAP on Enhanced Integration and Interfaces
Through the new OEM agreement, the two companies will increase ease of use and interactions for people on the go using SAP CRM.

InvisibleCRM, a provider of enterprise integrations for Outlook, Lotus Notes, and mobility, has entered into an OEM agreement with SAP to cooperate on the development of enhancements specifically tailored for sales people using SAP Customer Relationship Management (SAP CRM).

InvisibleCRM and SAP plan to make SAP CRM accessible from other applications, including Microsoft Outlook and Lotus Notes, through PCs, laptops, or mobile devices, including iPhone and Android phones and tablets. The partnership is also expected to further team collaboration, visibility into customer payment status and history information, and an understanding of internal employee skills and availability.

"Through this agreement with InvisibleCRM, we plan to provide greater functionality and ease of use to sales professionals on the go using SAP CRM. We believe InvisibleCRM's technologies can complement SAP's innovative technologies, including our advanced mobile technologies and the SAP HANA platform, which we expect will deliver added value to customers."
