Business & Decision Acquires AbilityCRM

Business & Decision, an international consulting and systems integration company, yesterday announced that it has acquired AbilityCRM, a Scottsdale, Ariz.-based CRM solutions provider. The acquisition will enable B&D to expand its CRM offerings in North America and enhance its hosting capabilities.

AbilityCRM has been delivering custom CRM solutions to its clients since 1998, and it is currently a Microsoft partner with both Gold CRM and Silver Hosting competencies. The company is also a certified Sage SalesLogix CRM business partner. Since 2009, AbilityCRM's private cloud offering, AlwaysOn-CRM.com, has provided the scalable capacity to serve clients of all sizes.

"This acquisition benefits the clients of both businesses because it expands the depth and breadth of our expertise and service offerings, particularly with custom CRM solutions," said De Wet Du Plooy, senior vice president of Business & Decision, "and it will give us even better tools and options to meet each of our clients' unique needs and position B&D for additional solid growth."

"Becoming a part of Business & Decision made strategic sense for our company," said James Marzola, president and CEO of AbilityCRM. "This move will let us leverage synergies to take our strengths to a higher level than we ever expected."
