iContact, a provider of email marketing software and services, has launched iContact Pro, its next-generation email marketing platform.

iContact Pro's advanced features allow users to create responsive email templates, engaging landing pages, and workflow automation; social posting and monitoring that lets them engage with customers across Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Google+; and score leads. Other features include CRM system integration and in-depth reporting to help users understand what's driving campaign success or failure across activities.
