Xactly, a provider of cloud-based incentive solutions, today announced Xactly Inspire, a cloud-based sales coaching and onboarding solution that will enable managers to boost employee performance by shortening new hire ramp times and assuring alignment to corporate goals by matching coaching actions to sales incentive metrics.

"Xactly Inspire will help companies achieve revenue goals by empowering sales leaders to optimize the behaviors of their sales reps through effective sales training and coaching," said Christopher Cabrera, Xactly founder and CEO, in a statement. "We are pleased to continue our tradition of innovation to help our customers reach new levels of employee engagement and performance."

Xactly Inspire is in a limited beta program and will be generally available in the first half of next year.
