Viabl, a provider of proactive contact notifications that work with CRM data to let businesses know the best time for outreach, has acquired fellow customer relationship-building software solutions provider Relately.

With the acquisition, Viable adds relationship scoring capabilities to its portfolio of relationship automation solutions.
