Synety Releases CloudCall Campaigns

Synety, a cloud-based software and communications business, has released its automated call distribution and dialler technology known as CloudCall Campaigns.

CloudCall Campaigns is a communications solution that can be used for managing inbound calls and automating outbound call campaigns. The solution is available as an enhancement to CloudCall Contact Centre.

Features of the CloudCall Campaigns solution include the following:

  • An automated outbound progressive dialler;
  • Inbound automatic call distribution;
  • Campaigns prioritization;
  • Supervisor functions; and
  • Campaign-specific reporting and real-time dashboards

In the spring, Synety launched a number of enhanced features to its CloudCall solutions for Salesforce CRM.
