Roambi, a provider of mobile data reports, today announced a new integration with Box. The Roambi for Box integration allows individuals and organizations to leverage the power of Roambi's data visualization and mobile reporting platform with data saved inside of Box, enabling them to directly pull and deliver dynamic reports to get work done anywhere, right from their mobile devices.
With this integration, users are able to sync Roambi Analytics and Roambi Flow with Box to quickly import source files, create and share interactive reports and digital magazines, as well as automatically refresh data in real time via Box Sync.
The new integration enables companies to deliver critical business information with an experience designed specifically for mobile users.
"We built Roambi because we believed that with the rise of mobile, there was an opportunity to extend the value of data far beyond a handful of stationary analysts and power BI users," said Quinton Alsbury, co-founder and president of product innovation at Roambi, in a statement. "More and more users can benefit from simple and engaging access to data when they're in the field and need it most, and more and more of the relevant data they need is being stored in the cloud in places like Box."
"The very nature of business is transforming as a result of information becoming more available, accessible, and actionable," said Chris Yeh, senior vice president of platform and product at Box, in a statement. "Roambi is built on Box's open platform, powering its mission of delivering beautiful data visualizations that make businesses more productive, effective, and informed."
