Outbox Systems has partnered with inContact to integrate its cloud contact center offerings with other CRM systems.

Leveraging this partnership, Outbox can now design, build, and sell a complete enterprise contact management system from the ground up. By integrating inContact's solutions with other CRM systems, Outbox can create one system that manages company and sales information through one data pipeline in real time. 

inContact's proprietary technologies and cloud solutions allow organizations to monitor and manage multichannel communications, including customer interactions via phone, chat, text message, email, or social media, through one platform.
