Matter Inside, a new email marketing performance agency founded in late 2013 by digital marketing specialists Rebecca Coggan and Guillaume Joly, today introduced Email Relationship Management(ERM), which focuses on making ordinary email communications more appealing.
"Email relationship management is not as simple as you would think, but in today's marketing world, it's crucial to increasing profits and loyalty" Joly said in a statement.
ERM uses assessments, profiling, customer journey road-mapping, workflows, design, and copywriting for emotions to help build stronger customer relationships.
"Many marketers have forgotten, or disregard, that an email is ultimately a message from one individual to another, regardless of the email's purpose. Human skills like empathy, humility, and one's ability to communicate, have, in fact, a greater ability to persuade email recipients to take the action one desires and to generate long-term profitability," Coggan said in a statement.
