Intelliverse Introduces Meeting Notes App

Intelliverse, a provider of sales acceleration solutions, has released the Intelliverse Meeting Notes application, which allows salespeople to view and save data to and from their CRM systems, even when they are not online.

The app leverages the power of information to guide a salesperson to ask the right questions, to the right contact, at the right time.

Intelliverse Meeting Notes can be used on a mobile device, tablet, or laptop, with or without an Internet connection. If used offline, data is temporarily stored locally and synced to the CRM as soon as an Internet connection becomes available.

In addition to capturing standard contact and task information, the app allows businesses to identify specific pieces of data to capture, such as competitive information or spending levels. These specific fields are shown to the salesperson through the app as a reminder.

"Many of our customers were having the same issue," said Sean Gordon, CEO of Intelliverse, in a statement. "They have multiple products to offer, but their salespeople were having the same conversation with customers over and over about the same products. This app shows the salesperson how to get deep and wide in their accounts, uncovering information which can lead to new cross-sell and upsell opportunities."

Intelliverse Meeting Notes allows users to customize parameters, including quantity and duration of offline data storage.
