Intelliverse has added inbound features to improve the handling and answer rates for incoming calls, which it identifies as one of the top sources of qualified leads.

Intelliverse's new inbound features ensure that sales managers can track, measure, and improve sales team performance since caller information is automatically logged in the same way and place as outbound calls.
