Inte Q Acquires Teleformix
The acquisition brings together two brand loyalty management services providers.

Inte Q, a customer loyalty program and customer relationship management services provider, has acquired Teleformix, a developer of participant-funded customized loyalty and affinity solutions. The combined entity has current annual revenues in excess of $60 million and more than 200 employees. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
