Insite Software, a provider of business-to-business commerce and data-driven solutions for manufacturers and distributors and a Sitecore partner, today released the next generation of its InsiteCommerce Plus Sitecore connector.

Sitecore and Insite Software have long been strategic allies in integrating customer experience and contextual awareness into the world of e-commerce, and this new offering further aligns the two companies' efforts.

The Sitecore Experience Platform enables organizations to create a personalized customer experience across multiple channels. The Sitecore platform also offers an integration framework that allows organizations to integrate additional functionality from a wide ecosystem of partner solutions. The InsiteCommerce Plus Sitecore connector takes this integration even further.

InsiteCommerce Plus Sitecore is a pre-built integration connector that enables manufacturers and distributors to support rich, relevant digital engagement through personalized customer experiences enabled by Sitecore's automated digital marketing and content management tools and InsiteCommerce's extensive B2B commerce functionality. This enables B2B organizations to integrate content and commerce to support improved and more personalized user experience in the areas of complex pricing, budgets, taxes, checkout and shipping, through a unified management console.

Key features of the InsiteCommerce Plus Sitecore connector include the following:
