With the latest enhancements, when a sales person complete a sales report with the Front Row system, he can input follow up questions or follow up appointments directly into his calendar. When the question or appointment is sent through the system, an email is automatically sent that includes follow up information with the date and time in an .ICS format. If the sles rep accepts the listing, it will automatically populate into his email calendar.
