Fonality Releases CRM Link for salesforce.com

Fonality, a provider of business phone systems and integrated communications solutions, has released Fonality CRM Link, which unites the Fonality business phone solution with salesforce.com's system.

"To maintain growth and momentum, many businesses rely on two essential tools: Salesforce CRM and Fonality's business phone system," said David Scult, Fonality's CEO, in a statement. "With our new CRM Link, users of both Fonality and Salesforce can increase productivity, enrich contact data, and ultimately, experience improved customer interactions that lead to new sales."

Fonality CRM Link features include the following:

  • A single dashboard within salesforce.com's user interface that includes an embedded on-screen dial pad, automated notes, caller ID and call records.
  • Incoming call screen pop-up displaying matching contact records.
  • Single click dialing of contacts, allowing users to call any phone number stored in Salesforce by clicking on a phone number within the record.
  • Real-time logging of notes taken during calls and note storage within the customer's activity history in Salesforce.

In addition, Fonality CRM Link does not require any software installation and works on both Apple Mac computers and those running Microsoft Windows. All Fonality CRM Link functionality operates using any modern Web browser.
