Creative Virtual, a provider of self-service customer engagement solutions, is partnering with Atos to deliver Digital Customer Experience Transformation (DCXT), a platform for financial services in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
DCXT is streamed as a service via the Atos Cloud. It is designed to enable financial firms to provide their customers with better personal financial management via information available anytime through their preferred touchpoint. The solution also includes Creative Virtual's natural language virtual assistant technologyV-Person.
V-Person enables customers to ask full questions in natural language and receive context-relevant help and suggestions to help them define their needs and seize opportunities. Organizations can support customers with decision support for their real financial questions, and aggregate data providing powerful analysis and actionable insight in real time.
