Comm100 Updates Live Chat for iOS 7 Compatability

Comm100, a provider of customer service and communication solutions, has launched an updated iPhone app for its live chat software in response to the release of Apple's iOS 7 and customers' feature requests.

Compiled with iOS 7 SDK, the new Comm100 Live Chat iPhone app has fully adopted the iOS 7 user interface style. In addition, Comm100 added some new features with the update. Users can now either send the chat transcripts to email addresses or directly throw them to the support ticketing system for future follow-up; more visitor information, such as user-self-defined fields, is available and the display of the visitor information is optimized to ensure that everything users need is at their fingertips; images, files, and links received during a chat can be attained immediately; and there are also some other minor tweaks or fixes, such as improved push notifications and sound alerts.

Comm100 Live Chat iPhone App empowers users to stay online with their iPhones or iPads to keep connected with Web site visitors while on the go. Users can respond to chat requests and proactively reach out to potential customers.

"After two months of using Comm100 Live Chat, we had increased our revenue through the Web site by 15 percent with one less staff member," said Robert Laughton, owner of The Water Cooler Company in the United Kingdom.
