Clarabridge, a provider of intelligent customer experience management solutions, today launched the Clarabridge Partner Program for independent software vendors, service integrators, consultancies, value-added resellers and other technology and service providers.
The Clarabridge Partner Program is scalable and gives companies a chance to work closely with the Clarabridge team. The three partner models offered are designed to match the specific needs and go-to-market approaches of potential partners:
- Services Partners: As a Certified Services Partner, businesses will take the lead role in deploying Clarabridge software while developing or enhancing their own CEM practices and solution competencies.
- Referral Partners: Geared toward businesses that are looking to market and promote Clarabridge solutions to their customers, companies can leverage the Clarabridge brand to position the Clarabridge vision and solutions, and explore the potential for joint marketing and selling opportunities.
- Reseller Partners: The program offers collaboration with a company's sales force by providing ample training and behind-the-scenes engagement to market and sell Clarabridge solutions, alongside their existing offerings to expand into new areas inside a customer’s business. Sales teams will work side-by-side with Clarabridge on joint go-to-market strategies and key ways to drive adoption and sales growth.
