CircleBack Launches Contact Intelligence for Eloqua
CircleBack brings enterprise-level contact intelligence to marketing automation.

CircleBack has begun offering contact intelligence database-as-a-service to enterprise businesses connected with Oracle’s marketing cloud software, Eloqua.

The first major, enterprise-specific offering from CircleBack, the Eloqua connector allows businesses using Oracle’s marketing automation software to have their entire database of professional contact data monitored and updated for maximum accuracy.      

CircleBack's Eloqua connector offers Oracle's marketing automation professionals the following options:

  • Continued analysis and updating of all professional contacts stored in a business’ Eloqua system;
  • Seamless, accurate de-duplication of all B2B marketing and sales contacts stored in a business’ Eloqua database;
  • Personalized notifications alerting businesses when their prospects and/or existing contacts undergo actionable changes (job changes, etc.); and
  • Robust, highly accurate B2B contact data derived from crowd and artificial intelligence.

CircleBack's offering for Eloqua users will soon be available on the Oracle App Cloud.

Earlier this month, CircleBack announced a similar partnership with Swiftpage to bring its offerings to the Act! portfolio.
