Boomtrain Integrates with Segment
The integration between Boomtrain and Segment allows for greater personalization in marketing campaigns.

Boomtrain has integrated its predictive marketing intelligence platform with Segment, enabling marketers to personalize their campaigns using artificial intelligence. Segment empowers marketers to leverage multiple data and event flows.

With the ability to leverage data and event flows from Segment APIs, Boomtrain customers can now implement personalization and automation without complicated developer work. For example, if a Boomtrain customer is tracking shopping cart abandonment with Google Analytics, she can use Segment to push those events back to Boomtrain, and then trigger personalized messages based on them -- no custom code required. Segment customers now have the ability to leverage artificial intelligence within their existing marketing stacks, further increasing their top-line marketing KPIs with dynamic content and real-time personalization.

"Our new Segment integration unlocks exciting potential for customers using their services. Boomtrain's artificial intelligence and personalization capabilities can now be enabled by flipping a virtual switch," said Neej Gore, Boomtrain's vice president of business operations, in a statement.
