Agile CRM, a subscription-based SaaS product that went into open beta in March, has released an online appointment scheduling tool for users to post real-time calendars on their sites or apps.

The new tool lets Web visitors pick available dates and time slots, select their time zones, and pick the appropriate appointment length. Visitors also add contact info and any relevant notes. The tool then pushes the new appointments to the CRM users' Agile or Google calendars (Agile offers two-way Google Apps sync).

The new appointments feature joins a number of tools for Web engagement, marketing automation, and low-touch prospecting, including Web grabbers, popups, surveys, contact-level analytics, real-time alerts, and automated campaigns. With the new tool, CRM users can integrate calendar invites into automated campaigns.

"Agile is dedicated to providing a complete sales and marketing solution," said Agile CRM founder Manohar Chapalamadugu, in a statement. "SaaS companies use our new appointment scheduling tool to schedule live demos; SMBs use it to make sure the right salespeople reach the right leads; and consultants use it to schedule meetings with clients. It's a win-win."
