Acqueon Partners with Umojo for Cloud Contact Center
The joint Acqueon-Umojo solution is based on the Microsoft Lync platform.

Acqueon Technologies, a provider of customer collaboration solutions, has partnered with Umojo to provide customers with a cloud contact center solution that is based on the Microsoft Lync platform.

Umojo, a voice provider for Microsoft Office 365, specializes in replacing traditional phone systems with Lync technology, and now with the implementation of Acqueon's AiQ contact center, Umojo will offer contact center-as-a-service (CCaaS) to Office 365 customers.

The Acqueon-Umojo contact center offering provides a service-based solution on a per user basis.

"Umojo is excited to expand its current voice service to Office 365 customers by delivering full contact center capabilities through our Voice 365 Platform," said Rick Neubauer, founder and CEO of Umojo, in a statement. "As a full PBX replacement voice service focused on Office 365, it is critical to work with trusted partners like Acqueon to provide customers with the best possible business solutions and support."
