AccessDirect, a small business provider of cloud phone systems, has partnered with BetterVoice, a voice and SMS platform provider, to offer an advanced suite of telephone system features catered to small business budgets.
AccessDirect is the first telephone company to partner with BetterVoice, a mobile PBX platform that launched in January.
The BetterVoice partnership allows AccessDirect to add SMS text and CRM integration into a product suite of answering and routing solutions for phone, email, and fax. Customized programing is made accessible through an online interface and mobile app that uses a drag-and-drop system to create voicemail menus, call routing, text response, and API integration for automation and mobile marketing campaigns.
Hosted in the cloud, AccessDirect virtual PBX systems integrate with existing mobile devices or desk phones. Systems can be scaled from a single entrepreneur to a multi-facility corporation.
