Will brings 15 years of industry experience in customer care technology and cloud strategy. He serves as the Concentrix Global Vice President of Sales for Customer Information Technology group where he and his team empower clients with cloud solutions that modernize and deliver new customer experiences. In the past, Will led the Global Public Sector Amazon Connect business for AWS. Prior to Amazon, he was at Cisco where he built the channel for software sales, led field software sales enablement, and held a number of channel and sales leadership roles as it relates to the Cisco collaboration business.
