Melissa has more than 17 years of multichannel marketing & strategy experience, including CRM, digital, marketing technology, customer segmentation, and strategic planning. She has been on the agency and client side throughout her career and has lead strategy and solutions for industry-leading names like Delta, Intercontinental Hotel Groups, HomeAway, The Home Depot, Wells Fargo & Company, Cisco Systems, and AT&T. She is the North America lead for the Digitas CRM Center of Excellence and brings knowledge of integrated brand campaigns as well as very robust lifecycle programs. Her strategic input ensures a seamless experience for the consumer as they interact with the various channels of a brand. By understanding how all the touch points work together, she leverages creative, technology and consumer insights to build a highly engaging customer experience.
